Our online system is designed to be as quick and simple as possible and cater for the vast majority of customers. We have reduced the number of questions that are asked to a minimum: a few personal details and the registration number for a car insurance quote. We will occasionally need to ask some customers additional questions and clarify answers to provide cover.
