Q:When I put in no convictions in the quote, why does it ask for a conviction and a date?
A:
In order for the convictions screen to appear for the policy holder the answer to the question "Have you made any claims in the past 3 years?" on the your details page must have been set to "Yes" as such the system will not let you progress without filling the details of the conviction in.
If you do not have any convictions then click the "Cancel" button and change the answer on the "Your details" page.
